Hotel location is very good, near to market. Breakfast delicious, Only facilities in the room need to be renewed due to old fashion.

Amazing experience in Shangri-La yiwu….From start till the end every staff has been helpful especially Jianhui wang….She made sure that our stay was comfortable …

THE. ENTIRE STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGER ARE VERY RUDE. SIMPLE THING WE ASKED FOR TWO PLATES AND BOWL. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AND AFTER TWO DAYS ONE IF MY CHINESE FRIEND WHEN SAID TO THEM THEY PROVIDES. THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF PATHETIC. TO TELL THEM ANYTHING IS LIKE THEY BECOME RUDE

It is a business hotel with high floors and a great location. The room type was upgraded, and I am very grateful for the black coffee and latte made by Evelyn and Anja. The Starbucks coffee offered is also excellent. My clients are very satisfied. It is my preferred choice for business trips.

The hotel has a pleasant environment with high floors and a prime location. Upon returning to the room, there was an upgrade, and I am grateful for the attentive service provided by Evelyn and Candy at the executive lounge. The happy hour offers a wide selection of drinks, and my foreign friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves, even after having a few drinks.
